Solid waste design

GreenPoint prepared the engineering design and bid documents for the final cover of Phase 3B of Jefferson Parish's municipal solid waste landfill.  Because the cell was experiencing excessive erosion due to inadequate cover, the owner sought to implement permanent final cover in short order.  GreenPoint prepared the design to include the design of a new access road and site drainage as well.
